Send your TEAS transcript in five steps
ATI calls each score report a transcript, and you send it from your ATI student account. It takes about two minutes:
ATI emails a confirmation when the transcript goes out. If your school isn't in the list, call ATI support at 1-800-667-7531 before you spend a credit.
- Sign in at atitesting.com/login, click MY ATI, then the Results tab.
- Under Proctored Assessments, find the TEAS attempt you want to send and click SEND TRANSCRIPT.
- Choose how many schools you're sending to. Each school uses one transcript credit.
- Select your school in Available Institutions and move it to Selected Institutions with the arrow.
- Check the details, click Send Transcript and screenshot the confirmation.
Which exams include a free transcript
How you tested decides what's included. TEAS at ATI (remote) and TEAS at PSI (in person or remote) both cost $120 plus tax and include one transcript credit, which you send yourself using the steps above.
If you took the TEAS through a school or its testing center, in person or online, the included transcript is sent to that school automatically within about two hours, and you can't redirect it to a different school. Schools set their own prices for exams they proctor.
Every additional school needs another credit. ATI sells transcript credits for $29.99 each in your account. Applying to four programs after a TEAS at ATI exam, for example, means one included credit plus three purchased: $89.97 on top of the exam fee.

Timing: preliminary scores and delivery
Scores from ATI-proctored exams stay preliminary for about four business days, not counting weekends and major holidays. You don't have to wait to send. If you send during that window, ATI queues the transcript and releases it automatically once the score is final, and your school receives the final score, not the preliminary one.
After release, transcripts arrive electronically, typically within two hours. The credit is used the moment you click Send, whether the score is preliminary or final. If an application deadline is close, count four business days plus a buffer and send early in the week.
Five checks before you click Send
A transcript can't be recalled once sent, and ATI says a send can't be cancelled after you submit it. Run through this list first:
- Does the program accept your delivery type? Some schools won't accept TEAS exams taken elsewhere or remote at-home exams.
- Is your score recent enough for this program's cutoff?
- Are you choosing the right campus or program? Large colleges can appear more than once in the list.
- Are you sending the right attempt? Transcripts go out from a specific exam in your Results list.
- Does the school want the transcript before or with your application? Check the program's admissions page.

How long ATI TEAS scores stay valid
ATI says TEAS scores are usually valid for two years, but each school sets its own window. In years when ATI changes the test blueprint, schools may shorten that window to one year or less so every applicant is compared on the same version of the test.
That matters if you tested a while ago. Before you buy a credit for an older score, confirm the program's cutoff date. If your score has aged out, you'll need to retest, and the new attempt will have its own transcript.
Send now or retake first?
If your score already meets the program's published target, send it and move on to the rest of your application. If it's close but short, check the program's retake rules, whether it wants every attempt, and its deadline before spending a credit. Retesting and sending the stronger attempt can be the better move when the program allows it.
If you're retesting, put your time where the questions are. The TEAS has 170 questions: 50 science, 45 reading, 38 math and 37 English and language usage. The CinnaEntry bank has 664 TEAS science, 645 reading, 562 English and 529 math questions, and the quiz on this page mixes all four so you can see where you stand.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to send TEAS scores to a college?
Your first transcript is included with TEAS at ATI or TEAS at PSI. Each additional school needs a transcript credit, which costs $29.99. School-proctored exams send to that school automatically.
How long are ATI TEAS scores good for?
Usually two years, according to ATI, but each school decides. After a blueprint change, some schools accept only scores from the last year or less.
How do I get my ATI TEAS results?
Your score report appears in your ATI account. Scores from ATI-proctored exams stay preliminary for about four business days before they become final.
Can I cancel a TEAS transcript after sending it?
No. ATI says transcripts can't be recalled and a send can't be cancelled once submitted. The credit is used when you click Send.
Does my school get my TEAS score automatically?
Only if you tested through that school or its testing center. Otherwise, send the transcript yourself from your ATI account.
