Free HESI A2 Practice Test

You can practice HESI A2 questions free, every day, with a written rationale on every answer — by section, or as a full-length mock across whichever sections your program requires.

The HESI A2 is not one fixed test

This is the single biggest difference from other entrance exams: your school chooses which sections you sit. Most programs require Math, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary and Grammar, and many add Anatomy & Physiology. Biology, Chemistry and Physics appear less often.

Check your program's requirements before you build a study plan. Studying Chemistry for a test that does not include it is wasted time, and missing A&P because you assumed it was optional is worse.

Where most people lose marks

Vocabulary and Anatomy & Physiology are the two sections that reward memorization most directly, and they are where a few focused weeks move a score furthest. Math is almost entirely arithmetic, ratios, percentages and conversions — there is no advanced algebra to be afraid of.
