The ATI TEAS 7 is 209 minutes — about 3 hours 29 minutes — of testing time, across 170 questions in four separately timed sections.

Each section is timed separately. Time left over in Reading does not carry into Mathematics, so there is no benefit to rushing a section you find easy.

Check-in, ID verification, the tutorial and any break push the real visit toward four hours. Plan the rest of your day around that, not around the testing time.
Pacing that works
English is the tightest section at roughly a minute a question, and Mathematics is the most generous at about 90 seconds. If a question is going nowhere after a minute, flag it and move — an unanswered question scores the same as a wrong one, so never leave one blank.
